Declaration of updated performance solution report

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) are no longer accepting any Declaration of updated performance solution report. The performance solution report version attached to the fire safety schedule is to be provided by the principal certifier when applying for the Final fire safety report.

FRNSW expects any updated PSR versions attached to the fire safety schedule to be appropriately determined by the certifier for the corresponding construction certificate (CC) that was issued. Clause 148 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 (EP&A Reg.) requires any design change that warrants modification of the CC to undergo a new CC application process.

Note: Any changes to the PSR that were not appropriately determined by the certifier, including non-referral to FRNSW for an initial fire safety report under clause 144 of the EP&A Reg., may be referred to the relevant authority for enforcement action.
