Bush walker Rescue - Ku-Ring-Gai Chase

Fire and Rescue NSW was called to assist a fallen bush walker on the near West Head Road on the Northern Beaches.

Firefighters from Narrabeen arrived to find a lady had fallen down 8 concrete steps and was suffering a suspected spinal injury.

Crews are now assessing the scene and will work to secure the patient ready to be airlifted.
