MEDIA ALERT (TOMORROW): Fire and Rescue NSW works with multicultural communities to deliver key fire safety messaging - Bankstown

The Minister for Emergency Services, Jihad Dib MP, and FRNSW Assistant Commissioner, Paul McGuiggan, will address the media about the education of the state's Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community in relation to home fire safety measures.

FRNSW is working closely with multicultural communities through prevention and education initiatives that will help prepare residents for any emergency, particularly fires in their homes.

Bilingual firefighters will discuss home safety advice in Arabic, Greek and Vietnamese with members of the public at this year's Canterbury Bankstown Safety Expo.
