Bush Rescue - North Head (Manly)

Just before 6:30am this morning, Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Manly and Narrabeen were called to assist an injured person in the vicinity of the WWII bunker at North Head, Sydney.

Firefighters from Manly were first to arrive with NSW Ambulance and NSW Police. They located the injured person and are packing them into a stretcher for removal.

Rescue crews from Narrabeen Fire Station will use specialist equipment to extricate the patient.
