Car Crash - Persons Trapped - Killara

Just before 11:30am, Fire and Rescue NSW responded to Lady Game Drive, Killara after receiving reports two cars had been involved in a crash.

Crews from Beecroft and Eastwood Fire Stations arrived on scene and confirmed two cars had collided, leaving one of the drivers trapped.

Firefighters set up fire protection lines as a precaution and were able to safely rescue the male driver from the wreck.

Both the male and the female driver of the second vehicle were treated on scene by NSW Ambulance before being transported to hospital.

NSW Police are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
