Hazard Reduction - Manly

More than twenty firefighters from multiple stations across Fire and Rescue NSW are joining with the National Parks and Wildlife Service to conduct a hazard reduction burn in North Head, Manly today.

The burn takes advantage of optimal weather conditions and will occur in 8.7 hectares of dense scrubland near Gunner Road and Bluefish Drive.

Visitors to the area are advised that the Bluefish precinct and walking tracks are subsequently closed for the next three days.
