Maxi Taxi Crash - Edgeworth (Newcastle)

Early this morning, Fire and Rescue NSW attended a serious car crash involving two vehicles on Main Road in Edgeworth near Lake Macquarie.
One of the vehicles was a Maxi Taxi which was found on its side with some of its occupants still inside and others injured on the roadway.
Firefighters worked with Ambulance NSW and NSW Police to assist eight injured people.
All were conveyed to hospital.
