Shopping Arcade Fire - Camden

Just after 3am this morning Fire and Rescue crews from across the Macarthur region were called to reports of a shop fire on the Main Street of Camden.
Firefighters arrived to find a significant fire on the top level of a row of shops. Within minutes the fire had broken through the roof.
Fire and Rescue NSW resources from across Sydney’s south are in attendance including a Ladder Platform (cherry picker) from as far as Kogarah Fire Station.
Crews have gained control of the fire and will be in attendance into the morning.
Fire and Rescue NSW will work with NSW Police to investigate the cause which is at this stage unknown.
