Puppy Rescue - Penrith

Just after 10am this morning Fire and Rescue NSW responded to reports a number of puppies had become trapped inside a home on Cudgee Rd, Penrith.

Crews from Penrith and Ropes Crossing Fire Stations arrived at the home to find three puppies who had become trapped underneath a concrete slab.

Firefighters used specialist rescue equipment to raise the slab up and free the litter of puppies. Thankfully all three puppies were uninjured and happy to be reunited with the rest of their family.
