This morning just before 10:30am Fire and rescue NSW received a Triple Zero (000) call with reports of a house fire at Chilton Parade, Warrawee.

Crews from Beecroft and Berowra Fire Stations arrived to find smoke issuing from the roof of a semi detached gazebo/BBQ area. Fire fighters were able to extinguish the fire quickly to prevent further damage and render safe.

The chimney of a pizza oven started the fire which then spread into the roof.
