Building Collapse - South Coogee

Just after 8pm tonight Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Maroubra were called to a building collapse at Malabar Rd South Coogee.
Upon arrival crews found outer skin brick wall of a two story unit block peeled away and collapsed into the yard of a neighboring property.
Exclusion zone has been setup and all residents are currently being evacuated to a safer area.
