Car Accident - Persons Trapped - Salamander Bay

Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Salamander Bay Fire Station attended the scene of a two vehicle crash on Salamander Way, Salamander Bay just after 2pm this afternoon.

Crews arrived to find one person in each vehicle trapped and worked quickly to free the patients. The released patients were treated by NSW Ambulance and transported to hospital.

NSW Police were also on the scene.

Traffic may still be heavy in the area, please drive with caution.
