House Fire - Strathfield

Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Burwood, Concord and Ashfield are in attendance at a house fire in Strathfield.

Just after 11pm this evening numerous repeat Triple Zero (000) calls were received to reports of a house on fire.

Crews arrived to find smoke issuing from the rear of a property on Cameron Street.

Numerous occupants had self-evacuated, one male was suffering minor burns and smoke inhalation.

Firefighters have contained the fire to the area of origin and will work to assist the occupants.
