Two people rescued from car crash - Kariong

Just after 1pm today Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Kariong and Gosford fire stations attended a car crash involving two cars.

Firefighters arrived to find two people trapped in one vehicle.

Rescue equipment was used to open the crashed car up around the trapped occupants, this allowed NSW Ambulance to provide medical care.

The occupants were removed and handed to Careflight crews who landed on Woy Woy Road.
