Rubbish Fire - Kempsey

Just after 10.20am this morning emergency services were called to Francis Conn Pl, Frederickton following initial reports of an explosion in the area.
Upon arrival crews from Kempsey Fire Station were met with thick black smoke and located a rubbish fire nearby.
Crews were able to quickly contain the fire and no one was injured. NSW Police and NSW Rural Fire Service are also in attendance.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
