FRNSW protecting historic buildings in flood zones - VIDEO - Riverina

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) has been helping reinforce sandbag levees to protect vulnerable properties in the flood-impacted western Riverina.
The Edward River and Billabong Creek in Moulamein are now flooding, currently at 5.76 metres and expected to peak at 5.9 metres this weekend.
FRNSW firefighters, attached to Strike Team Hotel, have put in place protection for the town's old courthouse and other historic council buildings.
Several other teams of FRNSW in-water technicians remain active across the state, supporting the NSW State Emergency Service (NSW SES) led flood response.
