Multiple people suffering smoke inhalation - Crows Nest

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) crews are at the scene of a fire at Crows Nest in Sydney where multiple people, including a baby, have been overcome by smoke.
The fire broke out in a building in Clarke Street around 10am.
The blaze, amongst food stuffs, generated a large amount of smoke, inhaled by those inside.
NSW Ambulance paramedics are on hand, treating the occupants, including the infant.
Firefighters are deploying a large extraction fan to clear the smoke from the property.
