Granny Flat Fire - Sadleir

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) crews have extinguished an overnight fire in a granny flat at Sadleir, in Sydney's south-west.
Firefighters were alerted to the fire in Gambo Crescent just after 3:30am.
Initial calls informed FRNSW of possible people inside the residence but all occupants were quickly accounted for.
Crews went to work and doused the flames.
The cause of the fire is being determined.
Superintendent Adam Dewberry from Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) said this is a timely reminder that calling Triple Zero (000) for a fire emergency can be the difference between life and death, or a building or other property being saved or destroyed.
