Grass fire - MINTO

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) crews have stopped a grass fire spreading towards a shopping centre at Minto, in Sydney's south-west.
Firefighters from the St Andrews Fire Station originally responded to reports of a car fire shortly before 3pm today.
When they arrived, there was no burning vehicle in the shopping centre car park but an adjacent grass area on fire.
Fire and Rescue crews quickly went to work containing the blaze and preventing it from damaging property nearby.
