Major Storm Event - Sydney Northern Beaches

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) crews from across Sydney's northern beaches have responded to more than 100 calls for assistance following a major, wild weather event on Sunday afternoon.
The storm cell, described as a "mini-cyclone," struck the area around 3.30pm.
Residents made scores of calls for help as FRNSW responded, along with crews from NSW Police, NSW Ambulance, the Rural Fire Service and State Emergency Service.
Police have confirmed one person was killed and two others critically injured when a tree fell on a vehicle in a car park in Ocean Street, Narrabeen.
The Westpac Rescue helicopter airlifted the casualties to hospital.
Nearby, the wild winds ripped off sheets of metal from apartment building roofs, knocked other trees onto vehicles and roadways, and tore down powerlines from Dee Why to Narrabeen.
The Wakehurst Parkway was one of several roads blocked by falling trees.
A roof was ripped off a shopping centre in Forestville and a partial building collapse occurred in Curl Curl.
Acting Superintendent Tim Hassiotis from Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) said the Triple Zero (000) service is the quickest way to get the right resources from emergency services to help you.
It should be used to contact Police, Fire or Ambulance services in life-threatening or time-critical situations. All non-life-threatening requests for assistance should be directed to the NSW SES by calling 13 25 00.
