Caravan Fire - West Ballina

Fire has destroyed a caravan and annexe this morning at West Ballina, on the state's north coast.
Four fire units were called to a caravan park in Rivers Street just after 6.30am and found the van and an attached 6m by 3m demountable ablaze.
Two firefighters, wearing breathing apparatus, confirmed no-one was inside the fire scene.
The blaze, which was extinguished in just over an hour, destroyed the van and two-room annexe.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
