House Fire - Hebden

At 6:03am Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) were alerted to repeats calls of a house on fire.

Firefighters from FRNSW and RFS arrived to Hebden Road, Hebden to find a abandoned house fully alight. Being a rural property bolt cutters were needed to gain access to the property.

Crews quickly got to work with difficult access and limited water supply a Bulk Tanker was required.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze and NSW Police and Ambulance were both in attendance with no occupants injured.

Superintendent Adam Dewberry from Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) said this is a timely reminder that calling Triple Zero (000) for an emergency can be the difference between life and death.
