Factory Unit Fire - Tweed Heads South

Just before 2.00 pm this afternoon, Fire and Rescue NSW responded to numerous Triple Zero (000) calls about a fire in a row of factory units in Enterprise Avenue, Tweed Heads.
Multiple crews from across the Tweed region were assigned to the incident.
On arrival, firefighters found a large and growing fire. They worked quickly to contain and extinguish the blaze to the factory of origin.
A number of people self-evacuated and there were no reported injuries.
Due to the location of the incident, FRNSW was assisted by firefighters from Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES).
