Rescue Incident - Cronulla

Fire and Rescue NSW( FRNSW) has assisted NSW Ambulance in extricating an injured person from a Blackwoods Beach, Cronulla today.

Rescue specialists devised a plan to carry the patient safety along the beach and up the steep, wet rocks to the nearest ambulance.

The patient was suffering a serious leg injury and was promptly transported to the nearest hospital by NSW ambulance.
