Just after 1.00am this morning, Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) and NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) responded to reports of a truck fire on the Hume Highway near Marulan.

Firefighters arrived at the northbound service centre and found a B-double truck carrying a mixed load of goods, including lead-acid batteries, fully involved in fire.
