House Fire - Dubbo

Shortly after 9:00 am this morning, Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) responded to Triple Zero (000) calls for a house fire on Jack William Dr, Dubbo.

FRNSW observed large amounts of smoke issuing while responding to the scene.

Upon arrival, FRNSW found a house well alight, with smoke and flame issuing from the roof.

Firefighters faced difficult conditions due to a partial roof collapse, the fire took two hours to extinguish.

Investigations into the cause are continuing.

NSW Police and NSW Ambulance were both in attendance and two FRNSW firefighters were treated for injuries sustained while extinguishing the fire.
