Car Crash - Asquith

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) responded to reports of a car crash on the M1 Pacific Motorway near Asquith just after 4:00pm.

The crash occurred in the south bound lanes between a truck and a car, with the car colliding with the rock face on the side of the motorway and coming to rest on its side.

Firefighters removed the front windscreen of the car to extricate the occupants of the vehicle. Both of the occupants were transported to hospital.
NSW Police, NSW Ambulance and NSW Rural Fire Service were also in attendance.
