Truck Crash - Wyong

Multiple Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) crews responded to a motor vehicle crash between a B-double semi trailer and another truck on the M1 Pacific Highway at Wyong at 4:00am .

The truck was on its side and a B-double semi trailer was well alight when firefighters arrived on scene. They worked quickly to extinguish the fire and prevent further spread to the surrounding grass areas.

All persons were out of the vehicles and three patients were transported to hospital by NSW Ambulance.

Two lanes remain open for peak hour traffic.

NSW Police, NSW Ambulance, Rural Fire Service (RFS) and Roads and Maritime were all in attendance.
