Truck Accident - Drummoyne

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) and NSW Ambulance worked together to free a driver from a truck after a crash on Victoria Road, Drummoyne this morning.
FRNSW received a Triple Zero (000) call at 10.25 and dispatched a heavy rescue crew to assist removing the driver who was trapped in the overturned truck while NSW Ambulance crews monitored his condition.
Victoria Road westbound was temporarily closed with NSW Police attending to traffic control.
The road is now reopened.
