Truck Fire - Belrose

At 12:30pm this afternoon, Fire Rescue NSW (FRNSW) responded to a truck on fire at the rear of a factory complex on Minna Close, Belrose.

Multiple Triple Zero (000) calls received by FRNSW from members of the public, due to large amounts of smoke billowing up from behind the factory. When firefighters arrived, they found a truck that had caught alight at the rear of the building.

While crews got to work to extinguish the blaze, one male in his 40's was treated by NSW Ambulance for smoke inhalation. NSW Police Force were also in attendance.
