Building Collapse - Crows Nest

Multiple Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) crews are on the scene of a major structural collapse at the rear of an office building in Alexander Street, Crows Nest.
FRNSW received a Triple Zero (000) call at 3.25pm reporting large cracks and a loose window in the building and a number of occupants had self-evacuated.
The attending crews confirmed that a large part of the building had collapsed and the remainder of the building was unstable.
A Technical Rescue and an Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team have been deployed to the scene as a precaution.
