Unit Fire - North Bondi

Just before 8:00 am this morning Fire and Rescue NSW responded to multiple Triple Zero (000) calls to a Unit with thick black smoke issuing on Blair St, North Bondi

On arrival fire crews found smoke issuing from the ground floor unit of a two story complex

Over 20 Fire Fighters were on scene and worked quickly to extinguish the blaze at the rear of the premises. In just over half an hour Fire Fighters had extinguished the blaze which started on the back deck of the property and continued into the house

All occupants were accounted off and no injuries were reported. Police and Ambulance NSW were on the scene
