Truck Fire - Terrey Hills

In a multi agency response Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) firefighters alongside crews from the Rural Fire Service have extinguished a fire that broke inside a truck travelling on Kimbriki Road, Ingleside just after 8am, Wednesday 13 January.

Crews from the Rural Fire Service were first on scene and were able to extinguish the fire whilst FRNSW worked to decant approximately 200 liters of fuel from the trucks damaged fuel tank.

Traffic was impacted on Mona Vale Road for some time as crews worked to render the area safe.
