Hazmat Incident - Yennora

Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) are currently on scene at a hazardous materials incident at a manufacturing facility on Pine Road, Yennora.
Firefighters and specialist HAZMAT crews responded to the incident shortly before 5am following reports a 200 tonne vessel had been malfunctioning and frozen over, resulting in a large gas leak.
12 people have been evacuated from the site and crews have setup an exclusion zone, while HAZMAT teams continue to monitor oxygen and gas levels.
Emergency services and specialist contractors remain on site as investigations continue.
