Fire and Rescue NSW firefighters from Hurstville responded Triple Zero (000) calls to a truck alight at The Crescent, Kingsgrove shortly before 1pm on Sunday 10 January.

Firefighters arrived to find the cabin of the medium rigid truck well alight and used hose-lines to extinguish the blaze in the truck which was parked on a residential street.

Initial investigations suggest the fire didn't appear to be suspicious and it is believed to be the result of an electrical fault.
