Just before 11am this morning Fire and Rescue NSW were called to assist in a dog rescue at Chinamans Beach, Mosman.

The Maltese dog had been adventuring and got itself lodged between two rocks and was unable to get itself out.

Its owners were able to contact Fire and Rescue crews from Mosman and Crows Nest Fire Stations who were able to locate the dog and assist in its release.

Thankfully the pooch was uninjured and was able to be safely returned to its very relieved owner.
