House Fire - West Bathurst

Just after 8am Fire and Rescue NSW responded to a Triple Zero (000) call to a house fire in West St, West Bathurst

On arrival Fire Rescue crews from Bathurst found a fire in the front bedroom that had spread to the remainder of the house with the occupants evacuated

The fire was brought under control within half an hour and the roof is been inspected for hot spots

Ambulance NSW were in attendance for Firefighter welfare and one occupant with smoke inhalation with the occupant been transported to hospital

The House Fire was fully extinguished by 10.00am with 70 percent of the house damaged by smoke and fire
