Shed Fire - Hambleton Hill

Just after 10pm on Monday, 7 December Fire and Rescue NSW responded to numerous Triple Zero (000) calls to a shed fire on Hambledon Hill Rd, Hambledon Hill.

Firefighters from Singleton Fire Station arrived on scene a short time later and found a large hay shed well alight, with the fire threatening nearby homes.

Multiple crews from the Hunter region including NSW Rural Fire Service crews managed to contain the blaze just after midnight and protect it from spreading to further properties.

No injuries were reported, investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing.
