Car Fire - Ryde

Just after 3pm today Fire and Rescue NSW firefighters from Drummoyne responded to a car on fire on Victoria Road, Ryde.
On arrival crews found the car well alight in lane one of busy Victoria Road and got to work quickly to extinguish the blaze.
NSW Police in attendance controlling traffic with one city bound lane closed created heavy traffic in the area.
