Unit Fire - Wagga Wagga

Just before 7:30pm this evening Fire and Rescue NSW crews responded to reports of a Unit fire at The Esplanade, Wagga Wagga.
On route crews witnessed large volumes of smoke and upon arrival were faced with two units full involved with fire.
Approximately two hours later the fire was extinguished with both units totally destroyed by fire.
NSW Police and Rural Fire Service also in attendance., however no injuries were reported.
Superintendent Adam Dewberry from Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) said this is a timely reminder that calling Triple Zero (000) for an emergency can be the difference between life and death.
The Triple Zero (000) service is the quickest way to get the right resources from emergency services to help you. It should be used to contact Police, Fire or Ambulance services in life-threatening or time-critical situations.
