Truck Fire - Huntingwood

Just after 1:30pm, Fire and Rescue NSW responded to an incident on the M4 off ramp near Reservoir Road, Huntingwood after receiving reports of truck fire.
Crews from Huntingwood, Wentworthville and Seven Hills Fire Stations arrived on scene to find black smoke and flames issuing from the cabin of a semi-trailer.
Firefighters from Fire and Rescue NSW and the NSW Rural Fire Service worked quickly to extinguish the fire, however the fire spread into the rear trailer resulting in significant damage.
The driver was treated on scene by NSW Ambulance for minor burns.
NSW Police will remain on scene managing traffic until the incident has been cleared.
