Kitten Rescue - Tamworth

Just after 9.30am this morning, Fire and Rescue NSW were called to rescue a group of kittens who had become trapped in a building on Peel St, Tamworth.

Upon arrival crews from Tamworth Fire Station could hear the kittens meowing inside a concealed ceiling cavity.

Firefighters got to work to gain access to the ceiling space and were able to quickly rescue the three kittens.

Fortunately all kittens were uninjured and returned to their owner in good health.
