Unit Fire - Kahibah

Shortly after 7:15pm, 23 September, Fire and Rescue NSW were alerted to a unit fire on Hexham St, Kahibah by a number of Triple Zero (000) calls.

Multiple crews from the Lake Macquarie Region responded to the incident, arriving to find a unit well alight.

The fire was extinguished approximately 20 minutes after crews initially arrived on scene.

The blaze was contained to the unit of origin and crews worked to clean up and ventilate the impacted unit.

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
