Truck Rollover - Cootamundra

At 3pm Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Cootamundra Fire Station were called to an incident on Berthong Road near Burley Griffin Way, Cootamundra following reports of a truck crash.
Crews arrived on scene to find a truck with a two level trailer carrying livestock had crashed and rolled over. The driver was treated on scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics.
With numerous cattle trapped in the bottom deck of the trailer, fire fighters from both Fire and Rescue NSW and NSW Rural Fire Service are assisting in the removal under the guidance of an on scene vet.
NSW Police are on scene controlling traffic as Berthlong Road and Burley Griffin Way are both affected. Please exercise caution if you are driving through the area.
