Multi Vehicle Crash - Persons Trapped - Young

Fire and Rescue NSW crew from Young Fire Station were called to an incident on the Olympic Highway, Young shortly after 12pm after receiving reports of a truck and car crash.

Crews arrived to find two females, the driver and passenger of the car, trapped in the vehicle.

FRNSW crews worked quickly to free both females and they were transported to hospital by NSW Ambulance.

NSW Police have closed the Olympic Highway near Hennessy Street in both directions until the incident is clear. Detours are in place, if you are in the area please drive with caution.
