Car Crash Person Trapped - Kotara

Just after 3pm Thursday 10 September, Fire and Rescue NSW were called to a car crash in Kotara following reports for a women was trapped inside the vehicle.
Specialist rescue crews from Lambton Fire Station arrived on scene to find a car which had crashed into a retaining wall at a shopping centre on Park Ave.
An elderly women was trapped inside the car as a result of the incident. Both NSW Ambulance and firefighters worked together to safely remove the woman.
The woman was later transported to hospital for further treatment. No other injuries were reported.
