Multiple vehicle car crash - St Clair

Just before 4 pm this afternoon Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Sydneys west responded to a head-on car crash on Mamre Rd, St Clair.
Crews from St Marys Fire Station arrived to find a two car head-on collision, with a pregnant female in her 20s still in one of the vehicles requiring Ambulance assistance.
Traffic is heavily affected in the area, motorists are urged to drive with caution and avoid the area if possible.
