House Fire - Kenthurst

Fire and Rescue NSW crews from Riverstone and Schofields Fire Stations are currently on the scene of a house fire on Burrell Road, Kenthurst.

A call to Triple Zero (000) shortly before 1pm stated that smoke and flames could be seen at the house.

Crews are currently working to extinguish the blaze that has been contained to a sun room at the back of the property.

RFS, NSW Police and NSW Ambulance are also in attendance.

Superintendent Adam Dewberry from Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) said this is a timely reminder that calling Triple Zero (000) for an emergency can be the difference between life and death.

The Triple Zero (000) service is the quickest way to get the right resources from emergency services to help you. It should be used to contact Police, Fire or Ambulance services in life-threatening or time-critical situations.
