Car Accident - Charlestown

A Fire and Rescue NSW crew from Lambton Fire Station attended the scene of a car accident on the Pacific Highway at Charlestown on the NSW Central Coast.

A Triple Zero (000) call was received shortly before 10am this morning, reporting a two vehicle accident.

A woman was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance and was transported to hospital for observation.

Two South-bound lanes of the Pacific Highway were closed.

The Highway has since reopened, however traffic may still be impacted in the area. Please drive with caution.
