HAZMAT incident - Raymond Terrace

Crews from Fire and Rescue NSW attended a HAZMAT incident inside a caravan on Hunter St, Raymond Terrace just before 3am on Wednesday morning.

Upon arrival crews noticed the occupant, a 29 year old male, had been using a coal heater inside the caravan and may have suffered carbon monoxide poisoning.

Luckily the man managed to wake up in time and was not seriously injured.
